Designed by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects, the 78-story tower overlooking Biscayne Bay will feature 300 residences, 90,000 sq. ft. of private amenities—including a spa, fitness center, and poolside café—and Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, blending luxury, design, and Nobu’s signature Japanese-inspired elegance.

Brickell is a prestigious urban community frequently compared to the “Manhattan of the South”. It is the financial district of Miami and South Florida.
